Pre Sale Questions

All prices are in USD.

Choose your product, select add to cart, then buy it, then put your billing information, name address, phone number and proceed to buy.

We accept all major credit cards through our merchant service provider (AMEX, APPLE PAY, DINERS CLUB, DISCOVER, META, GOOGLE PAY, MASTER CARD, PAYPAL, SHOP PAY, and VISA.)

We provide free shipping for all orders. There are no additional charges for standard shipping.

We usually take 1-2 business days to handling/processing the products. But you will get the product within 7-10 business days of ordering.

Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.

Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number.

Tracking numbers can take 1 -2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact us then we will talk to the shipping carrier.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Yes, we will charge $39.99 for the return shipping fee and deduct the amount from the sales amount.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We proudly offer the same 30-day return policy for all orders shipped beyond the borders of the USA. However, we kindly request that customers bear the expenses associated with duties, VAT, and taxes incurred when returning items to BrightStoneShop.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us
